H-Burger just recently opened about two weeks ago and I've been anxiously awaiting going there. This new restaurant is really sleek and modern looking and you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. The pattern all over the wall is really creative and interesting, and there are plenty of creative, modern and colorful pieces of art around the dining room. When you first walk in the atmosphere is slightly formal, but the staff is dressed in t-shirts and the menus are paper, which creates a nice balance between the up-scale and low scale. Although H-Burger is mainly a burger place, I ended up ordering the chicken fingers and fries. When they were brought out, Emily, one of the people I was with instead of Hannah said "Wow, I feel trending eating chicken fingers!" So true! These chicken fingers were unlike any other, the breading was clearly made from scratch and was full of herbs and seasonings that gave the chicken fingers a new and original flavor. The fries were cooked to that perfect place where they are just perfectly crispy, in other words, perfectly delicious! The buttermilk aioli that the meal was served with wasn't the greatest, the buttermilk took away from the garlicy goodness that an aioli was supposed to be. Overall, I will be return to H-Burger, and next time I might actually try a burger, or some of their wings!
